There could be a few different reasons why you may not have received your e gift card.
- Any e-gift card purchase over $100 will be placed in a holding stage, where this will be reviewed by our anti-fraud system! Once approved, this will flow through normally and should be delivered to yours or the recipients email address
- You may find that this has disappeared in your inbox so please be sure to check any junk/spam or promotions folder for your e gift card/s as can tend to sneak into that inbox!
- You may have made a little hiccup with the recipients email address so be sure to check your order confirmation to see the email is correct and if there has been a mistake - no problems! Shoot us an email or give us a call and we can fix this up for you!
